At Ekelund, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles; if you are not, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition and include all authentic packaging.
Initiate Your Return

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
